Welcome to WebLaunch AI. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Offerings and Scope

WebLaunch AI provides website design, setup, hosting configuration, and AI-assisted content management services for small businesses:

  • Website Setup & Launch ($149 One-Time): Covers initial custom design, configuration, mobile optimization, domain/hosting setup, core business information, and official publication of the website.
  • AI Management Plan ($49/Month Optional): Provides access to a private management portal with an AI assistant capable of processing up to 10 eligible website updates per billing cycle, along with automated backups and technical maintenance.

2. AI Updates & Modification Rules

Eligible AI changes include text updates, photo replacements, business hour modifications, contact information updates, and small content adjustments.

  • Unused Changes: Unused changes expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
  • Additional Changes: If you exceed 10 changes in a cycle, additional eligible changes are available at $5 each.
  • Custom Development: Major redesigns, new multi-page additions, complex eCommerce functionality, or custom software integrations are outside standard AI changes and require separate quotes.

3. Pausing or Cancelling AI Management

You may cancel or pause the $49/month AI Management plan at any time. When paused:

  • Your current website remains published online according to your active hosting and domain term.
  • Your access to the private management portal and AI editing assistant will be paused.
  • You may reactivate your subscription at any time to resume AI-assisted updates.

5. Limitation of Liability & Search Rankings

WebLaunch AI adheres to modern technical and SEO standards to optimize website discoverability. However, no guarantees are made regarding specific search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue.
